It’s Not Where You Start | Joshua 2

Sep 27 · Joshua: Courage Over Fear
Rahab’s story reminds us that our lives are not defined by where we start, but by how we respond to God. In Joshua 2, an unlikely woman hears what God has done, believes that He alone is God, and acts in faith. Her past didn’t disqualify her from God’s grace—and neither does ours. Discover how God saves, restores, and uses ordinary, broken people who seek Him in faith.

The Courage to Obey | Joshua 1:7–9

Sep 20 · Joshua: Courage Over Fear
In Joshua 1:7–9, God commands Joshua to be strong and courageous—but He also shows him where that strength comes from. Joshua is called to know God’s Word, meditate on it, and faithfully obey it. In this message, Pastor Phillip challenges us to redefine success according to God’s standard: walking closely with Jesus, faithfully leading those God has entrusted to us, and making disciples who make disciples. As we allow God’s Word to shape our thoughts and actions, He gives us the courage to do what He has called us to do. Whatever God is asking of you today, be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or discouraged—the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

Rise to the Challenge | Joshua 1:1–6

Sep 13 · Joshua: Courage Over Fear
In Joshua 1:1–6, Israel is standing at a major turning point. Moses is gone, Joshua has been called to lead, and God tells him it’s time to move forward with strength and courage. In this message, Pastor Phillip challenges us to rise to the opportunities God places before us instead of shrinking back in fear. Joshua’s life reminds us that God often prepares us for greater responsibility through faithfulness in the small things, and following Him will sometimes require us to do hard things. Whatever season you’re in, God isn’t calling you to be someone else—He’s calling you to know Him, trust His Word, and courageously follow His plans and purposes for your life.

Same Giants, Different Faith | Numbers 13-14

Sep 6 · Joshua: Courage Over Fear
Twelve spies saw the same land, the same giants, and the same obstacles—but came back with very different reports. In this message from Numbers 13–14, Pastor Phillip challenges us to consider whether we’re responding like the ten spies or like Caleb and Joshua. Discover what it means to see beyond our limitations, trust God’s faithfulness, and move forward together in the mission He has given us.

For the One: The Savior Who Seeks and Saves sermon series

Two Lost Sons – Luke 15

Aug 30 · For the One
When we picture someone far from God, we usually think of the person living in open rebellion. Jesus tells a story that shocks that assumption. In Luke 15 there are two lost sons—one who wasted everything on wild living and one who stayed home, obeyed the rules, and still missed the Father’s heart. Both needed grace. Both needed the Father to come after them. This message looks at the younger brother’s collapse, the older brother’s anger, and the costly love that brings the lost home.

Unity Empowers Us To Reach Our One

Aug 23 · For the One
Unity is more than simply getting along—it gives the church strength to live out the mission Jesus has given us. When we come together with one heart, one purpose, and one focus, we are better equipped to reach the people God has placed around us. In this message, guest pastor BJ Rutledge shares why unity matters, how division can distract us from the mission, and how a united church can make a greater impact for the Kingdom. When we stand together, unity empowers us to reach our ONE.

No One Is Too Far Gone

Aug 16 · For the One
Zacchaeus was wealthy, powerful, dishonest, and deeply disliked—but Jesus saw someone worth pursuing. This message challenges us to stop deciding who deserves grace and start seeing people the way Jesus does. His mission was to seek and save the lost, and now that mission belongs to us.

Mark 10:46-52 – Bartimaeus

Aug 9 · For the One
When others told Bartimaeus to be quiet, he cried out even louder. Discover what his bold faith teaches us about persistence, surrender, and calling on Jesus in our greatest need.

Woman At The Well

Aug 2 · For the One
In John 4, Jesus crosses cultural barriers to meet a Samaritan woman carrying shame, pain, and a broken past. Pastor Phillip applies her story to our lives, showing how we often look to relationships, success, possessions, and experiences to satisfy us when only Jesus can meet our deepest need. When we leave our shame at the feet of Jesus, He changes our lives and uses our stories to reach others.
